NEENAH, WI (WTAQ) -A woman who allegedly shot a co-worker is incompetent to stand trial. Justine Boyd is accused of shooting Sharon Goffard at the Neenah Walmart this summer. Officials say Boyd was upset because Goffard got a different position at the store. The mental commitment is for up to a year. She will be sent to a secure state psychiatric facility. If eventually found competent to stand trial and convicted, she could be sentenced up to 60 years in prison on the count of attempted first-degree intentional homicide.
