(WNFL) - The U-W Green Bay men's basketball team lost at Eastern Michigan last night, 67-to-58. The Eagles scored 12 straight points to take the lead for good midway through the first half. Green Bay outscored Eastern Michigan by two in the second half, but the Phoenix could not get any closer than seven points. Green Bay committed 18 turnovers to Eastern Michigan's 12. Alec Brown had 19 points and 10 rebounds for Green Bay. Keifer Sykes added 13, as the Phoenix dropped to 5-and-3. Ray Lee led the Eagles with 17 points, as his team ended a three-game losing streak and improved to 5-and-3. Eastern Michigan's leading scorer, Karrington Ward, was limited to 13 while grabbing seven rebounds. Green Bay's next game is on Saturday at South Dakota.
