ABBOTSFORD, Wis (WSAU) One of the most powerful members of the state assembly may be resigning to take another job in state government. Several published reports say majorityleader Scott Suder, a Republican from Abbotsford, might take a job with the state Public Service Commission.
Suder's spokesperson says a decision hasn't been made yet. Suder has been traveling and may have an announcement this afternoon.
Suder was first elected in 1998. There's no word on what his responsibilities in the PSC might be.
