After a spirited first half, the Milwaukee Bucks withered against the champion Miami Heat in their NBA playoff opener Sunday night 110-87. LeBron James scored 27 points for Miami on 9 of 11 shooting from the floor. Ray Allen added 20 off the bench. The Bucks were led by Brandon Jennings with 26 points, Monta Ellis scored 22 but no one else had more than 6 points for Milwaukee, which shot 41% from the floor. The Bucks were within 7 points at the half and closed to within four on a three pointer from Ellis.. Miami went on an 11-1 run from there and never looked back. Game two will be in Miami Tuesday night.
