The Milwaukee Bucks continue to struggle at home, falling to the Minnesota Timberwolves 107-98 at the BMO Harris Bradley Center Wednesday night. The visitors jumped out to a 34-23 lead after the first quarter. While the Bucks closed the gap, a 4th quarter frought with turnovers spelled defeat. Ersan Ilyasova scored 29 points with 12 rebounds and Monta Ellis added 18 for Milwaukee (36-38). The Timberwolves got 27 from Nikola Pekovic and Ricky Rubio had 19 points, 12 assists and 8 steals. The Bucks need just one more victory to clinch a playoff spot over their final 8 games, leading Philadelphia for the 8th position in the East by 6 games. They are now two and a half games behind Boston for 7th. Up next, a date with the sizzling New York Knicks on Friday night at Madison Square Garden. New York got 40 from Carmelo Anthony in beating Atlanta 95-82, their 10th straight victory.
