More changes may be in store for area high school conferences. The WIAA has propoased change that will impact several area schools. The Fox River Classic Conference would be reduced to 10 teams with Green Bay East and Green Bay West moving to the Bay Conference. The Bay would also add Menasha from the Fox Valley Association and Appleton Xavier from the Eastern Valley Conference. Three teams from the Bay would be on the move with Hortonville joining the FVA, Oconto Falls heading to the EVC and Denmark moving to the Eastern Wisconsin Conference. Other propoased changes would have Wrightstown leave the Olympian for the EVC and Kewaunee would go from the Packerland Conference to the Olympian. The Packerland would than add the Oneida Nation school which has been an independant. If approved, the changes could take effect as soon as the 2014-15 school year.
