KIEL, WI (WTAQ) - Authorities are offering a $500 reward in the search for the suspect in a Kiel gas station robbery.

Police say a suspect armed with a hammer robbed the Kiel Mobil, 84 East Park Avenue, around 11 p.m. Sunday.

The robber took off with cash and cigarettes.

Police say the robber was a white man between 25 and 35 years old, about 6'1", with a medium build.

The Manitowoc County Sheriff’s Office and Kiel police say anyone with information about the robbery can become eligible for the reward by reporting tips to Crime Stoppers at (920) 683-4466.
