GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) - The Salvation Army in Brown County is welcoming two new officers.

Majors Don and Jane Kincaid are now serving as the pastors at the Corps Community Chruch on Union Court and also as administrators for the various activities at the Center.

The Kincaids spent the past four years in Minot, North Dakota.

The Kincaids helped organize the disaster response services provided by The Salvation Army last year in Minot following the devastating flood that seriously damaged or destroyed 4,000 homes.

Don and Jane have also served appointed in Illinois and Missouri.
