OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ) - A teenager has learned her fate for trying to run down two other girls with her car.

18-year-old Ashli Lindvig of Menasha pled no contest Tuesday to reduced charges of substantial battery and negligent handling of a dangerous weapon.

Lindvig was sentenced to 2 years of probation.

Prosecutors say she hit two other teens with her car this spring. One suffered a fractured skull.

Lindvig's attorney says she had been threatened and was trying to get away from the situation.
