FOND DU LAC, WI (WTAQ) - Police in Fond du Lac say they've arrested ten suspects as part of a large-scale drug bust Thursday and Friday.
Authorities say they're still seeking five other suspects involved.
Nearly 30 officers were deployed to find the suspects in different locations. The drugs involved included, but were not limited to, heroin, marijuana and crack cocaine.
FOX 11 reports that Fond du Lac Police Chief Bill Lamb said, "As the City of Fond du Lac Police Department has been very publicly stating since late last year, the investigation and arrest of those persons that are involved in the illegal drug business in our community is a main enforcement priority for us. This is the third major drug arrest operation targeting more than 60 drug dealers in our community in the last 9 months. And to those drug dealers in our community that we haven't yet arrested - we want to send a very loud and clear message that the City of Fond du Lac Police Department is directing every available resource at eventually arresting you as well."
