GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ)-Green Bay P-D continues to investigate a traffic fatality early this morning (TUE) in the area of Greenbrier Road and Hubble Drive.  Police say the vehicle appears to have been traveling on Greenbrier at a high rate of speed and failed to negotiate a curve, hitting a utility pole.  A 19 year old male was pronounced dead at the scene and a  20 year old male was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
