UNDATED (WSAU) Vice President Joe Biden will make his second appearance in Wisconsin this month. He'll be in Eau Claire on Thursday. Details of the visit haven't been announced yet.

Biden was in Green Bay for a speech at the National Railroad Museum on September 2.

Meanwhile, Mitt Romney's campaign began airing a TV-commercial targeting Wisconsin voters over the weekend. It's a 30-secon spot that says in Wisconsin, people are not better-off than four years ago.
