The Wisconsin Badgers offense was overwhelmed by a fired up Oregon State defense Saturday afternoon as the Beavers upset the 13th ranked Badgers 10-7.   Wisconsin averaged over 40 points a game last year but were held to just 207 yards.   After an uninspired 26-21 opening day win over Northern Iowa, the Badgers (1-1) have dropped to number 22 in this week's USA Today/ESPN Coaches poll and have tumbled completely out of the Associated Press Top 25.  Wisconsin will host Utah State Saturday night at Camp Randall Stadium.
