GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) - Police in Green Bay are investigating a number of thefts from vehicles on the city's west side.
Lt. Kevin Warych says officers have received complaints in the following areas:
- 1300 block of Sandstone Place
- 2900 block of Sorenson Drive
- 1100-1200 block of Reed Street
- 1200 block of Oregon Street
- 200 block of N. Platten Street
Police say the thefts from cars and garages are occurring between 3 and 5 a.m. Investigators believe the incidents are related.
Green Bay police are encouraging residents to:
- To report any suspicious activity they observe.
- Remove all electronics, garage door openers and anything valuable from vehicles.
- Secure your home, garage, and car doors.
- Leave outdoor lights on and keep your driveway illuminated.
