MIDDLE INLET, WI (WTAQ) - One 10-year-old boy is dead, another critically injured following an ATV crash in Marinette County.

Authorities say it happened at the intersection of Rueff and Creek Roads in the Town of Middle Inlet around 10 a.m. Sunday.

Sheriff's officials say the two 10-year-olds were aboard the ATV on Rueff Road and failed to stop at a stop sign.

They then hit the side of a pickup truck. The 60-year-old driver of the truck, and his 57-year-old passenger, were not injured.

The boys' names haven't been released. Officials say the crash remains under investigation.
