FOND DU LAC COUNTY, WI (WTAQ) - One woman is dead following a crash in Fond du Lac County Saturday night.

Police say it happened on Highway 26 in Springvale around 10:30 p.m.

A car driven by a 31-year-old Rosendale woman crossed the center line and hit an oncoming semi. The woman was pinned in the car and died on scene.

The driver of the semi and his 8-year-old son, who was in the truck with him, were not injured.

Officials don't know why the woman crossed the center line. They don't believe speed or alcohol were factors.
