ASHWAUBENON, WI (WTAQ) - President Barack Obama's scheduled campaign appearance in Ashwaubenon has been canceled due to Hurricane Sandy.

The President was scheduled to speak at the Brown County Veterans Memorial Arena on Tuesday.

According to the White House, President Obama will remain in Washington D.C., to closely monitor the impact of and response to the hurricane.
