APPLETON, WI (WTAQ) - Appleton police have arrested a man on suspicion of his 11th drunken driving offense.
Officers say 48-year-old Patrick Schober of Green Bay was seen speeding and unsafely moving out of his lane in the 2200 block of North Richmond Street around 3:20 a.m. Thursday.
Schober was arrested and taken to the Outagamie County Jail.
