GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) - The sentencing hearing for a man convicted to trying to set fire to a Grand Chute Planned Parenthood clinic has been delayed.

Francis Grady's attorney has asked for a competency exam for his client, saying Grady is refusing to meet with him.

Last week, a letter was sent to federal court in Green Bay from Grady asking for a new attorney. In the document, Grady says his lawyer disrespected him by telling him to, "shut up," during a hearing.

Sentencing for Grady had been scheduled for Friday.
