RENO, NV (WTAQ) - A three-pointer with two seconds showing on the clock gave Nevada a 71-69 victory over the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay at the World Vision Classic in Reno Saturday night.
Alec Brown had connected on a three-pointer to give the Phoenix a late-game lead, just before the winner by Deonte Burton. Burton led the Wolf Pack with 19 points.
The Phoenix absorbed their first loss in three games despite having 4 players score in double figures. Brennan Cougill and Kam Cerroni led Green Bay with 16 points apiece.
