20th ranked Wisconsin traveled to Gainsville, Florida Wednesday night but the weather was the only nice thing about the trip. 10th ranked Florida rolled the Badgers 74-56. Despite missing two key players, Florida scored the game's first nine points and never looked back. Erik Murphy led the Gators with 24 points on a perfect shooting night, 10 for 10 from the floor including a couple of three point baskets and two for two from the free throw line. Wisconsin was led by Jarred Berggren and freshman Sam Dekker from Sheboygan Lutheran with 11 points each. The Badgers connected on just 7 of 24 three point shots and uncharacteristically broke down on defense. Wisconsin (1-1) returns home to host Cornell on Sunday at the Kohl Center.
