OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ) - A 29-year-old Oshkosh man was arrested Thursday afternoon after pulling out a handgun from his pocket during an argument with his girlfriend. 

Oshkosh Police say the girlfriend, a 26-year-old Weyauwega woman, told them he took out the gun out and tried to take her cell phone away. 

It happened near the intersection of High and Woodland Avenues. 

Police later arrested the man without incident at his home. 

The man was taken into custody for endangering safety by use of dangerous weapon, carrying a conceal weapon and domestic disorderly conduct. He is in Winnebago County Jail.
