DANBURY, WI (WSAU) -  The mother of the three year old girl that died in northwestern Wisconsin two-and-a-half months ago wants her trial moved.

3-year-old Reena Mae Williams was found dead in a shallow canal next to the family home in the Burnett County community of Danbury August 15th. Parents Thomas Williams and Jenna Danish are charged with child neglect resulting in the girl’s death.

Danish’s attorney James Rennicke asked the judge for separate trials and to move his client’s trial to another county. He claims his client can’t get an impartial jury due to pretrial publicity. Both parents were bound over for trial yesterday. They also face a handful of drug related charges.
