HUDSON, WI (WTAQ) - Talking to supporters in Hudson over the weekend, Governor Scott Walker told them he needs their votes. Walker told the crowd his policies are working and, with less than a week and a half before the recall election, he says a loss to Democratic challenger Tom Barrett would set Wisconsin back. Walker said it’s not about him, it’s, quoting here, “bigger than that.” He says the election will determine where Wisconsin will be years from now. He talked about job creation, saving money for local governments and building up the state’s rainy day fund. As Walker was speaking in his Hudson campaign office, demonstrators were lining second street carrying banners and signs.
