Mikaala Shackelford, a 6-0 senior from Hopkins, Minnesota has withdrawn her verbal committment to play for the UW Green Bay Phoenix womens basketball team next year.  After meeting with head coach Kevin Borseth, Shackelford has deicided to follow the coach who recruited her, Matt Bollant, to the University of Illinois.  She was considered one of the top prospects in the state and is the second recruit to change her mind.  Green Bay released Sadie Murren of Wahoo, Nebraska from her commitment to play for her home-state Cornhuskers instead.   Two other Bollant recruits are expected to remain in the program.  Tesha Buck of Red Wing, Minnesota and Sam Terry of Baraboo will join Green Bay for the 2013-14 season.
