GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) - One man is in custody after a stabbing in downtown Green Bay.
Police say they responded to a large disturbance around 2 a.m. Friday on North Washington Street.
When police got there, they found a man with a slash across his neck. He suffered non-life threatening injuries
