OCONTO, WI (WTAQ) - A man is free on probation for sexually assaulting a patient at an assisted living facility in Oconto Falls.

43-year-old David Lonzo of Green Bay pled no contest to second-degree sexual assault. The assault took place when Lonzo worked at the facility back in January 2011.

Judge Michael Judge withheld the sentence, instead putting Lonzo on probation for 6 years. As part of the probation, he will have to spend one year in jail.

Lonzo will also have to undergo sex offender treatment and register as a sex offender. He has been ordered to have no contact with the victim or minors.
