GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ)-There's a little relief at the gas pump.  Many gas stations in Green Bay are selling regular unleaded for $3.49, that's down about 8 cents from Thursday. That's still a bit higher than the national average, which is $3.47 a gallon...but it is still around 17 cents cheaper than the same time last year.  Experts say prices could be as low as $3.30 by July 4th.
