SHEBOYGAN, WI (WTAQ) - Sheboygan police are searching for a “known suspect” in the shooting death of a 24-year-old man on Saturday Police were called to the St. Nichols Hospital around 7 p.m. for a report of a man who had been shot. Authorities were told that others had taken the man to the hospital after finding him in the 1800 block of South 9th St. The victim was then airlifted to Froedtert Hospital in Wauwatosa where he later died. Capt. James Veeser says the shooting was not a random act and they are looking for a “known suspect”. Fox 11 WLUK-TV reports that neighbors and witnesses gathered outside a home where the shooting took place say the victim and shooter are brothers. Police however have not confirmed those details. Another witness says the victim is believed to be a father of four with a fifth child on the way.
