SHERWOOD, WI (WTAQ)- A 42-year-old man from La Grange, Illinois is dead after a drowning incident during the High Cliff Triathlon. Calumet County officials say the incident happened at 7:49 a.m. Saturday on Lake Winnebago. The triathlon was held at the High Cliff State Park in Sherwood. The High Cliff Triathlon is put on by De Pere-based Midwest Sports Events. Officials say the incident is still under investigation.
