Actor Ryan Kwanten is ecstatic about his True Blood co-star Anna Paquin's pregnancy, insisting the actress and her husband Stephen Moyer will be ""amazing parents"".

The couple, who met while playing on-screen lovers in the vampire series, wed in 2010, and announced earlier this year (12) they are set to become parents.

The tot is expected in the autumn (12), and Kwanten, who plays Paquin's on-screen brother, is convinced his pals will relish their new roles.

He tells Usmagazine.com, ""Anna's excited (about motherhood). She's got that positivity, that radiant glow. She's amazing!

""(They are) going to make amazing parents! They have a real lust for life. Yes, they're adults, but they're both very young at heart. I would love to be raised in that household.""

The child will be Paquin's first, while Brit Moyer has two kids from previous relationships.
