MADISON, WI (WTAQ) - Three counts of misconduct charges have been dropped against a former Calumet County prosecutor accused of numerous incidents of sexual harassment. The Office of Lawyer Regulation has filed eleven counts against Ken Kratz. Kratz got in trouble for trying to pursue a relationship with a woman at the same time he was prosecuting her ex-boyfriend for domestic abuse. Kratz sent racy text messages to the victim in an attempt to have sex with her. Officials are dropping a conflict of interest charge, and two county of trying to solicit another woman to get a pardon. A hearing on the remaining 11 counts will be held Tuesday. The charges could result in Kratz losing his law license for six months. Kratz has also filed personal bankruptcy.
