GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) - A Green Bay packaging firm is getting bigger.

The WS Packaging Group has acquired Consolidated Products of Knoxville Tennessee. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Consolidated makes compliance labels for industrial items – and it makes things like pressure-sensitive labels and thermal ribbons.

Rex Lane, the CEO of the Green Bay firm, said Consolidated will add to his company’s knowledge of the converting business – and it will expand the WS product lines.
