The Milwaukee Brewers led the Washington Nationals 7-3 in the 8th inning Sunday afternoon at Miller Park, the Nationals caught 'em with a four run rally. Nori Aoki and Carlos Gomez then hit back to back homers in the bottom of the 8th for a 9-7 lead. Washington rallied again as Michael Morse hit a two run shot of John Axford. In the 11th, Morse delivered again with a two run double off Jose Veras. Corey Hart went deep in the futile attempt to extend the game as Washington finished off an 11-10, 11 inning victory. Starter Mark Rogers gave up two runs on six hits in five and two thirds innings and the offense built a lead against Washington's Gio Gonzalez, but as has been the case for over a week, the bullpen coughed up the game. The Brewers have dropped nine of their last 10 to fall 11 games under .500 and are now 16 games out of the division race. The last place Houston Astros open a three game series at Miller Park on Monday night.
