OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ) - Oshkosh police continue their search for a hit and run vehicle and driver that stuck a man, throwing him from his bicycle. Authorities now know what type of vehicle it was. Police say evidence left at the scene point to a 2003-2006 model year Ford Expedition. No other details are known about the SUV which was travelling southbound when struck the 33-year-old man in the 3400 block of Fond du Lac Road. The bicyclist broke his ankle and was scraped up pretty bad in the incident. The man was heading back home from work around 1:41 a.m. Tuesday, July 25th. Police released a photo of the large SUV. The color of the vehicle is not known.
