GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) - A Brown County judge has declared a mistrial in the sexual assault case against a former youth soccer coach.
Ryan Wolff faced three felony charges after he allegedly had a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old girl. The two met when he was assistant coach of the Green Bay Lightning.
On Tuesday, the judge ruled the district attorney did not turn over evidence which may have proved Wolff not guilty.
Afterwards, Wolff pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor sexual assault charge. He'll serve probation and 60 days in jail.
