GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) - There’s more than a full schedule of games Monday night in the Northwoods League, after six of the 16 teams had Sunday off.

La Crosse was the only South Division to play Sunday evening. The Loggers fell to Battle Creek 6-1, and that series continues Monday night in La Crosse.

Eau Claire has a double-header at Wisconsin Rapids. The Wisconsin Woodchucks host the Lakeshore Chinooks in Wausau. Madison plays at the Green Bay Bullfrogs. Waterloo entertains Mankato. Duluth is at St. Cloud. Rochester hosts Willmar. And Thunder Bay is at home in Canada against Alexandria.

The Woodchucks and Madison both lead the South Division after the opening weekend of the season’s second half. Both are at 3-0.

Wisconsin Rapids and Lakeshore are 2-1. First-half champion Mankato leads the North at 3-1, a half-game up on Duluth and St. Cloud.
