KAUKAUNA, WI (WTAQ) - A 19-year-old Green Bay man is facing three felony counts involving forgery and fraud after writing bad checks for two brand new cars.  Ryan Vollmer was charged Thursday in Outagamie County Court.  The criminal complaint says Vollmer wrote a check from a closed account for $33,000 to buy a 2013 Malibu from a Kaukuana dealership.  Back in May, he changed a $20 cashier’s check into a $51,000 check for a 2012 Buick Enclave in Grand Chute.   More charges are likely coming down as Vollmer told investigators that he traded the Enclave for a truck at a dealership in Octono.
