MARSHALL, WI (WTAQ) - A 19-year-old Dane County man is free on a signature bond, after accused of writing a bomb scare on Facebook. Seth Schumacher of Marshall was charged with making bomb threats. Authorities said he wrote that he would bomb the Marshall Police Department and schools, and he would shoot everyone in sight. A criminal complaint quoted Schumacher as saying he wrote the bomb scares because he was upset with some friends – and he deleted his posting 20 minutes after he put it on his Facebook page. Schumacher apparently said he knew how to make a bomb – but he denied that to police.
