MILWAUKEE, WI (WTAQ) - The Brewers said this afternoon that Ryan Braun will not be at the team’s fan festival on Sunday in downtown Milwaukee. Appearing at the “Brewers on Deck” event would obviously open him up to questions about his positive drug test – and he’s been ordered not to talk about it until a ruling comes down. Braun is appealing the test.  Braun faces a 50-game suspension if his positive test for banned substance is upheld. The test took place during the Brewers’ playoff run last October. Brewers’ principal owner Mark Attanasio said Braun enjoys interacting with the fans but quote, “this is too sensitive a time in the confidential process for him to attend this year.” And Attanasio thanked the fans in advance for their “understanding and patience.”
