OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ) - A man who owns an area animal control business will stand trial on identity theft and fraud charges in Winnebago County.

Authorities say 29-year-old Kent Haluska charged thousands of dollars to customer's credit cards without permisson and allegedly changed contracts without their knowledge. 

Haluska owns Natures Pest in Denmark.

The charges stem from incidents of rodent removal from a home in Menasha. He is also suspected in cases in Brown and Outagamie counties.
