MENASHA, WI (WTAQ) - Menasha Police are digging through video surveillance footage of a man who tried to rob a gas station during the over night.  Police says it happened around 3:40 a.m. at the Grand Central Station in the 1300 block of Jacobsen Rd.  The store manager says the suspect was hiding in the back room with a crow bar.  He approached the employee demanding money.  A struggle unused and the suspect took off.  Officers Jason Weber. The suspect is described as a white male in his late 40’s early 50’s with long gray hair and wearing a Carhartt style jacket.  Weber says he can’t remember the last time there was a robbery like this.  Investigators are following up on some leads.
