21-year-old Josh Fields is facing a charge of criminal recklessness after supposedly shooting a BB gun at two children Sunday night in the 21^st block of 1^st Avenue.  According to police, the Terre Haute man shot and missed with the BB gun aimed at a little boy and then took aim at a 7-year-old girl, hitting her just above the eye.  Fields is expected in court on Thursday to face his criminal recklessness charge.
