The Green Bay Phoenix stumbled away from home, losing their 12th straight, non-conference road game, 74-68 at Tennessee Tech Thursday night. The Phoenix led by a bucket at halftime but Tech scored the first 8 points of the second half and never trailed again. Green Bay was able to tie the count at 61 but struggled to finish it off. Kiefer Sykes led the Phoenix with 18 points, Brennan Cougill added 17. 7-1 center Alec Brown was a non-factor, getting in early foul trouble and playing only four minutes in the first half. His only field goal came in the closing seconds to finish with 6 points. Green Bay (3-5) has another tough road contest awaiting, taking on the Wisconsin Badgers in Madison next week.
