PULASKI, WI (WTAQ)-The campaign is on in Pulaski as a $33-point-2 million school referendum is going on the November 6th ballot.  The school board sent it to voters last night.  But already, the community has sharp opinions on the issue.    The district says it's been working on this for 5 years.  If it passes, the referendum would mean an $82 dollar tax hike for every $100 thousand of property value.
