GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) - Police in Green Bay are warning the public about a recent rash of overnight crimes on the city's west side.
Police say they have received two reports of burglaries and one complaint of a suspicious person in the 2000 block of South Point Road during the last five weeks.
Victims tell authorities the criminals are prowling during the night, checking car and garage doors. Some said the burglars got inside their garages.
Police are warning people in the area to report anything suspicious; take out all electronics, garage door openers and anything valuable from vehicles; secure their home, garage and car doors; and leave outdoor lights on and keep their driveway lit.
