GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) - The man accused of shooting and killing a 15-year-old Green Bay boy last month has been formally charged.
18-year-old Julio Gonzales is facing three felony counts of first-degree intentional homicide, attempted first-degree intentional homicide and being a felon in possession of a firearm.
Gonzalez allegedly shot and killed Jeremy Teller while looking for someone else at a house party. Gonzalez was with five other men and one woman when he also allegedly shot at Teller’s friend, but missed.
Police say Teller was in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Gonzalez is scheduled to make his initial appearance in court Friday afternoon.
