GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) - The owner of a now shuttered Ashwaubenon jewelry store will stand trial later this month after being accused of stealing $100,000 from customers. 

43-year-old Tyler Kosmoski has pled not guilty to a dozen theft charges in Brown County court Monday.

Kosmoski, who owned The Diamond Factory, allegedly stole items from customers and issued bad checks.

His trial is due to begin August 29.
