GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) - Green Bay police say Thursday morning’s shooting in the 700 block of Bodart Street left one man shot in the hand.
Police are still investigating the shooting that involved a number of individuals that fled the scene shortly after several shots were fired. Police found shell casing in the area.
Lt. Chad Ramos says the group of individuals were coming and going from bars and taverns in the area.
Police were able to perform traffic stops on some of those vehicles described leaving the scene on the city’s eastside.
Some of the individuals believed to be involved got away and police are currently tracking them down.
Police say several people were taken into custody.
Police are not providing anymore details as the case continues to evolve, and may have connections to anohter recent incident on the city's eastside.
