APPLETON, WI (WTAQ) - Two Appleton sisters are accused of attacking a teenager after she was involved in a fight outside of school with their daughter and niece. Appleton police say 34-year-old Christina Rogers and her 29-year-old sister, Jessica, took part in a scuffle outside of Wilson Middle School last week. They say they used pepper spray to break-up the fight and defended themselves. But video taken by a student, show the initial fight with the daughter and then Rogers kicking the teen girl in the head. Both sisters have been charged with two felony counts of child abuse and disorderly conduct. Christina Rogers has also been charged with obstructing police.
